Tamari Brown Rice

16 Servings Preparation Time: 45 Minutes

  • 4 cups brown rice, washed and dried
  • 1/2 cup rice wine (mirin)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger

1. Cook rice according to package.

2. Add the garlic, ginger, wine, and tamari to the rice. Mix thoroughly and cover an additional 5 minutes before serving.
