I mixed 2 chipotle peppers with 1/2 cup of Nayonnaise, but this was very nearly too hot. Next time I'll probably scale back to 1. I tried this with avocado as well, but I think it's better without — avocado covers up the flavor and spice of the mayo too much. Tofurkey's peppercorn turkey was pretty good in this.
When one burns one's bridges, what a very nice fire it makes.
