Overloading the Machine
Raspberry Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon or honey mustard
- 3 teaspoons raspberry-flavored vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (or one clove fresh garlic)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk until emulsified.
Forgive me for noting that conservatives seem to believe that the rich
will work harder if we give them more, and the poor will work harder
if we give them less.
