Simmer 1/2 a chopped scallion, a 1 inch piece of Emerald Cove Wakame, and several pieces of cubed tofu in 1 cup water or stock. Dissolve 1 tsp miso in small amount of water and add after removing soup from heat. Do not boil miso.
