Blue Cheese Dressing
- 4oz vegan blue cheese
- 1 cup So Delicious coconut milk creamer
- 1 cup tofu sour cream
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (tarragon vinegar)
- 1/2 teaspoon of tarragon (?)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Blend till smooth.
This is maybe too thin — use 1/2 cup creamer, 1/2 cup tofu sour cream, and 1 cup tofu mayo?
