Serves: 1

  • 1 apple, sliced and peeled
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend until smooth.

Note: Haven't tried it yet. Recommended as a breakfast drink in the fall.
