Overloading the Machine
Apple Shake

Serves: 1
- 1 apple, sliced and peeled
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Blend until smooth.
Note: Haven't tried it yet. Recommended as a breakfast drink in the fall.
